About Lucy

I have been practicing yoga for the last 15 years and believe it is great for well being and helping your body to optimize to its maximum potential. I am a registered Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance UK and US and spent two years training with Simon Low’s Yoga Academy.

My group classes have a sense of fun and vibrancy and I believe in uplifting my students through the use of a fast Vinyasa flow along with piano music to relax and calm the mind. My classes have an energetic feel to encourage and inspire my students.

I also practice and offer private lessons in Yin and Restorative Yoga.

Trained with Simon Low’s Yoga Academy

I have studied a 200-hour teacher-training course with the Yoga Academy UK and this has had a big anatomical focus. My classes encourage strength and flexibility without creating wear and tear on the body and I am a big believer in joint care and preventing future injuries to the body. I teach in South London and taught in Turkey this summer. My aim is to leave students feeling more relaxed and at a peace with themselves than when they entered the class.
