Trained with Simon Low’s Yoga Academy
I have been practicing yoga for the last 15 years and believe it is great for well being and helping your body to optimize to its maximum potential. I am a registered Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance UK and US and spent two years training with Simon Low’s Yoga Academy.
My group classes have a sense of fun and vibrancy and I believe in uplifting my students through the use of a fast Vinyasa flow along with piano music to relax and calm the mind. My classes have an energetic feel to encourage and inspire my students.
I also practice and offer private lessons in Yin and Restorative Yoga.
